Terms of Use
These terms cover using SureSlot, run by Dream Deals LLC in Farmington, Missouri ("we"). By booking through SureSlot or using the app, you agree to them.
For customers
- Your appointment is with the business, not with SureSlot. The business sets its services, prices, hours and cancellation policy, and is responsible for the service you receive.
- Please give real contact details and only book times you plan to keep. Cancel or change using your confirmation link as early as you can.
- Booking for someone else: only add another person's details if they've agreed to it. They will receive the confirmation and can accept, change or cancel it.
- Listings and search results (including live results from Google) are shown as found and may be out of date. Confirm details with the business before you go.
- Calls, texts and emails you send to a business through the app go from your own phone or email account.
For businesses
- Your account: keep your dashboard password private. You're responsible for your services, prices, hours and how you handle your customers' information.
- Subscription: SureSlot is billed monthly at the price we agree on, through our payment provider. You can cancel any time before your next billing date; partial months aren't refunded. If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause your booking page until it's paid.
- Featured placement: active SureSlot businesses appear with instant booking in the SureSlot app. Placement order can change.
- Websites: website builds are quoted and paid for separately. You own your business name, logo and photos; you give us permission to use them to run your page and listing.
- Your customers' information belongs to your business. We only use it to run SureSlot for you, and we'll delete it if you ask when you leave.
Fair use
Don't misuse SureSlot: no fake bookings, spam, scraping, attempts to break in, or anything illegal. We can suspend accounts or block bookings that do.
No guarantees
We work to keep SureSlot running smoothly, but it is provided "as is." We can't promise it will never be down or error-free, and we aren't responsible for services provided by businesses or for missed appointments. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms and SureSlot itself. If we make a big change, we'll update the date above, and businesses will be told directly.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
